Meet the Team

Stacy has been a superb and loyal employee since 1999. She is the office manager and takes care of all billing. She is extremely knowledgeable about health insurance and very patient in answering questions patients have in this area. She also helps with renewing medications, insurance prior authorization, and other logistical needs.

Judy has been an excellent medical assistant since she joined us in 2006. Having come from the service industry, she is attentive to the patients' stated and unstated concerns. Many times, she is Dr. Richard’s “ears,” helping him know how the patient sounded and what they may have been feeling when she talked with them.

Judy manages the back office – ordering supplies, giving injections, performing EKGs, and providing day-to-day maintenance of the examination rooms. She also handles medication renewals and insurance prior authorizations.

Lulu has been accompanying Dr. Richard to work since she joined his family in 2017. She protects us from the dangerous Fedex & UPS delivery men! She will occassionally come into an exam room to check on Dr. Richard. Being a rescue dog, she is shy and a little skittish. She likes to have the "last bark."
